Submission of Camera-ready papers is now open. Please note, the deadline of camera-ready paper is 31st, August, 2009. Note: All paper acceptance letter and review results have been sent by email to all authors. You may view the list of accepted papers as well. Authors of accepted papers may request an Official invitation letter by email : ycict2009@gmail.com |
Instructions for Registration
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register. Failure to register will result in removal of the paper from the technical program and the final conference proceeding.
- At least one author per paper must present the accepted paper. No-show authors will result in removal of the paper from the conference proceeding.
- Authors should finish the YC-ICT 2009 Registration Form carefully and sent it to ycict2009register@gmail.com or fax it to +86 10 88256278 before August, 31st, 2009.(Download: Registration Form)
- Student registration should send one copy of the valid student's identity card (with clearly displayed expiration date) to ycict2009register@gmail.com or fax it to +86 10 88256278 before August, 31st, 2009. IEEE member and student member should provide their membership number.
