In order to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of the IEEE and promote the technical activities of young IEEE members, the IEEE China Council, the IEEE China Office, the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(GUCAS) and Microsoft Research Asia(MSRA) jointly organize The IEEE Youth Conference on Information, Computing and Telecommunications (IEEE YC-ICT 2009) to be held in Beijing on 20-21 September 2009. The conference will feature a Microsoft Cup IEEE China Student Paper Contest sponsored by MSRA..
The Conference covers all aspects of Information, Computing and Telecommunications, from underlying technologies to applications, from theory to practice. All papers submitted by Chinese students (undergraduates and postgraduates) will automatically join the Microsoft Cup IEEE China Student Paper Contest.
